THE EXECUTION CONTROL LAYER FOR AI
AI governance that controls execution
KƎƎLO™ is the execution control layer for AI. Its Executive Operating System connects evidence and current authority to controlled actions, durable receipts and verified outcomes.
Capability ≠ Authority.
What is AI governance at the point of execution?
AI governance includes the rules, responsibilities and controls that determine how AI is used. When AI can act in external systems, those rules need an execution boundary. KƎƎLO™ evaluates organisation policy and delegated authority before an action reaches a controlled execution adapter.
How does Keelo enforce authority?
System intent enters with material evidence and context. OrganisationPolicyEvaluator evaluates policy. DelegatedExecutionAuthorityService evaluates current delegated authority. GovernedExecutionGateway enforces the effective execution boundary. The resulting effect, receipt and outcome remain connected for reconciliation.
What happens after approval?
Execution retains its own control requirements. A previous approval must be evaluated against the authority governing the requested effect. KƎƎLO™ preserves execution state and receipts so interruptions, repeat requests and unresolved obligations remain accountable.
Which evidence supports this?
The No Means No controlled proof exercised nine runtime routes and 100,000 attempts. It recorded 90,000 prohibited commands denied, 10,000 authorised effective executions, zero unauthorised effects, zero duplicate effects and zero route-substitution bypasses in the tested configuration. The Rogue Fleet proof recorded recovery across three forced runtime interruptions.
How is Keelo deployed?
Start with a defined operating domain, evidence sources, organisation policy, delegated permissions and controlled execution adapters. Keep organisation configuration outside the neutral core. Agree the effect contract and acceptance checks before connecting consequential actions.
Evidence and deployment scope
- Evidenced/Current Published controlled execution, denial, duplicate prevention and recovery results. Read the source reports.
- Next Proving Work Validate the selected connectors, evidence producers, policy rules and receiver effects in the target environment.
- Destination Case Extend the same organisation-neutral execution architecture across additional operational domains.
