KƎƎLO™ AI Governance Agent Control Proofs
AI AGENT SECURITY / EXECUTION AUTHORITY

AI hacking, prompt injection and rogue agents. Control what can execute.

KƎƎLO™ is an industry-, organisation- and compute-agnostic Agentic Executive Operating System. Director coordinates operational direction. Forge supports construction, with agent production on the capability roadmap. The neutral Core retains organisational state and evaluates authority before consequential execution.

CAPABILITY ≠ AUTHORITY

Adversarial prompts, compromised agents and manipulated instructions do not confer organisational authority. KƎƎLO™ separates a proposed action from permission to create an external effect.

What the architecture controls

Delegated authority: only permitted principals and policies may initiate controlled effects. Persistent state: approvals, revocations, leases and obligations survive interruptions. Duplicate prevention: retries and repeated requests cannot create duplicate effective executions under tested contracts. Durable evidence: receipts and unresolved obligations remain reconstructible.

Adversarial execution proof

The Rogue Fleet proof processed 100,000 commands from 10,000 simulated agents. It recorded zero unauthorised effective executions, zero duplicate effective executions and detection of ten defined integrity attacks. Three forced interruptions were recovered. These results establish the tested execution boundary rather than claiming universal prevention of every intrusion technique.

Enterprise AI governance beyond a dashboard

Governance must persist beyond identifying model drift or observing agent activity. KƎƎLO™ binds policy and delegated permission to the actual execution boundary and reconciles the resulting outcome.
